Vehicle condition
I declare that I am the owner or authorised representative of this vehicle and that it has no undisclosed mechanical, electrical or structural defects. I have disclosed all known faults, warning lights and prior repairs.
ECU calibration risks
I understand that ECU/TCU tuning modifies manufacturer software parameters (fuel, ignition, boost, torque limits, shift behaviour). This may affect manufacturer warranty, emissions, reliability, and component wear, and I accept these risks.
Waiver of liability
I release Garage i4, its owner and staff from liability for failures arising from pre-existing wear, prior or undisclosed modifications, undisclosed aftermarket parts, poor fuel quality, component failure during or after high-performance tuning, or misuse after the service. This release does not cover fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Garage i4.
Governing law & electronic signature
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Civil Code (Decree Law No. 67 of 1980) provisions on agreed limitation and exemption of contractual liability (Article 255 as referenced by Garage i4), which do not permit exemption for fraud or gross negligence; the Electronic Transactions Law (Law No. 20 of 2014), under which this electronic form and digital signature carry the same legal validity and binding effect as a handwritten signature; Commercial Law No. 68 of 1980; and Commercial Licensing Law No. 111 of 2013. Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction.
